Ingredients

Serves : 4

8 jalapenos
8 strips of bacon
1 pack of cream cheese

Directions

Cut jalapenos on half, remove the cores and seeds, and rinse them until it no longer feels oily on the inside
Fill each jalapeno boat with cream cheese
Cut bacon strips in half and wrap the jalapeno boats
Stab toothpick in the center to hold bacon together
Set oven to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
